EC PRO: CAP15 Report Data Missing

This document provides information for enabling display/printing of "missing" CAP15 report data.

Issue: The following is a typical user experience:
"
I have the 2008 ECAP version installed and CAP Report 15 does not list cars removed or trees planted in the report. It does list the MMBTU amount though. How do I get this report back so that I can utilize it?"

Solution:
You need to set up the CO2 factors in your database. The current version of EnergyCAP Professional permits region-specific CO2 factor adjustment. These factors must be input by the user (one-time setup).

Use the link below to find the correct CO2 factors for your zip code....

When you have located the correct factors, input them into your EnergyCAP program as follows:

  1. From the Setup menu, select Global and click on the roll up units at the top.
  2. Input the regional CO2 factors for each energy type.
  3. Save and exit the input window.

The CAP15 report will then use the regional values to populate the CAP15 report columns properly.

IMORTANT NOTE: The EPA emission factor values are expressed in lb/MWh (pounds per megawatt hour). Make certain to perform any necessary energy unit conversions prior to entering the emissions factors.
