Set RD Gateway

Go to the Advanced Tab in the Remote Desktop Connection dialog box and click Settings under Connect from anywhere.

Then choose Use these RD Gateway server settings with the server name of remote.energycap.com

Then just go to the General tab and use remote.energycap.com as the computer and the username should be ENERGYCAP\username.
