ISSUE: I am getting the HRCHECK error attached when attempting to install reports using Version 6, installed client.

RESOLUTION:

If you receive this error, DO NOT SELECT CONTINUE. Please choose to Terminate or Cancel.

Report Installation through the installed Version 6 is no longer supported. At this time, and going forward, the only supported method to install EnergyCAP reports is through the online Version 7.

If you proceed with the report installation through Version 6, expect that there will be issues with the reports in Version 7, such as missing reports for users.
