EC Enterprise - Issue when running new build of EnergyCAP Enterprise (build 128)

Issue:  I receive an error message when running EnergyCAP Enterprise build 128 for the first time.  The error message displayed will be "Class not Registered" and will close Enterprise. 

 

Resolution:  Normally this error is caused by not unblocking the zip file at download from our Support FTP site.  This is done by right-mouse clicking on the zip file > choose Properties in the sub-menu and check "unblock" then click OK or Apply.  Once you do this, you can select to reinstall the MSI or uninstall the components first, reboot the machine and then install the MSI file.
