EC Pro: A Gas Meter is Not Showing in the Drop down when entering Bills

Issue:  When entering bills, one of my gas meters is not showing up in the drop down box.

Solution:  Please notice what version/build you are running of EnergyCAP Professional. If you are running a version/build less than Pro 2011 (Build 2.0.5.622), please download the latest version by clicking on the link below.   To find out what version/build of EnergyCAP Pro you are running, simply go to Help > About or open EnergyCAP Pro and look at the bottom right of the EnergyCAP screen.

When you click on the link below, please choose SAVE so you can save the install file to your machine first.  DO NOT RUN the install from the internet.  Once you have saved the install file to your computer (preferably to your desktop) than you can run the install over top of the current version/build you have of Pro.  Please make sure to have your user number and validation code handy as you will need this once you do the install.

If you have any problems with the install or have questions, please contact Support by going to http://support.energycap.com and put in a support ticket.
