Problem: When you select and run a quick report or even run a report from the Reports menu, the results of the report are not honoring the filters that were selected.
Solution: The most likely cause for this is that the user who is running the Quick Report or report from the Reports menu has removed a required report filter. The easiest way to resolve the problem is to request that your hosting provider or IT Administrator run the Update Reports process from the installed version of EnergyCAP. That process should reset the report filters and place the required filters back in the list of selected filters. EnergyCAP's latest version (EC Online 2.2 and greater) prevents a user from removing a required filter by disabling the Clear button in the web application.
