Bill CAPture Processing Delays

Some Bill CAPture customers are experiencing longer than normal batch processing times.  The Bill CAPture team is aware of the delays and is actively working with our processing center partner to address them.  The processing center is actively onboarding additional staff to address the backlog as well as the ongoing live volume being uploaded.  The Bill CAPture team expects to see incremental improvement in processing times through early May when we expect to achieve times on par with client expectations.

If you are a Bill CAPture Pre-Pay client with an overdue batch containing one or more bills at risk of incurring a late payment fee, please submit a ticket and include the list of files and their upload dates.  We'll work with our processing center to expedite the processing of those batches.
