UPDATE: Data is still unable to be submitted to ENERGY STAR/Portfolio Manager. We will continue to update this article when applicable. 

Due to the government shutdown, both ENERGY STAR and Portfolio Manager services are currently unavailable. 

We will update this article when ENERGY STAR and Portfolio Manager are available again.
