EC Enterprise: Cost Avoidance says No Weather Data

Problem:  When running Cost Avoidance, the processor indicates that you have No Weather Data and so no adjustment is made to adjust for weather.

Solution:  Check to see that the building that the meter(s) are associated with is a Place Type of 'Building'.  Check to see that the building has a weather station associated with it.  Check to see that the weather station has readings during the period of the baseline through today.  Also verify that your meter is set to "Attempt Summer" and "Attempt Winter" in it's Cost Avoidance settings/properties.  If all these things are set, the Cost Avoidance Processor should be able to take into account Weather when performing the calculations.
