Three EnergyCAP Pro 2003 users have reported that when trying to run reports, the program shows error code 609.
No cases have been reported with Pro 2005.
In two cases, this was on a Gateway laptop running Windows XP. As of this date we have been unable to diagnose the source of the problem or to correct it. Use of a non-Gateway laptop is recommended at present.
In the third case, it occurred on a Dell desktop running XP with Novell networking. When Novell was removed and Energy CAP re-installed, the EnergyCAP software functioned as designed. Therefore, the conflict appears to be between Crystal reports and Novell. No further information is available regarding this issue.
