Issue: No reports are shown in the reports menu. The categories are there (Setup, Billing, etc) but no reports are listed.
Solution: Reports are installed into the database when the database is created or upgraded. This condition can occur if a '599' error is encountered during database creation or upgrade (due to the presence of a condition discussed in the '599 error' Knowledgebase article).
First, ensure that the 599 condition no longer exists. The best way to test this is to run a report using the Demo data. If the report fails with the 599 error, you still have to correct that before addressing the missing reports.
Next, in the EnergyCAP Professional program, click on File/Upgrade Database. This will re-install the report files and should correct the missing reports problem.
