EC PRO: CAP14 Report is Missing Bills

Issue: I run the CAP14 report for all bills (all filters set to ALL) but not all bills appear.

Solution: The quickest way to verify the number of bills is to run report Bill02 with all filters set to ALL. See the total bill count at the top of the report viewer window. Then run CAP14 in the same way and note the bill count. If the number of bills in CAP14 is lower, then bills are missing.

To correct the probem, uninstall and reinstall report CAP14 as follows:

Right-click on CAP14 from the report list, then click the Uninstall option from the popup menu.

Right-click at the top of the list, then select the Install option. Reinstall CAP14 from the \Reports folder (default location) under the EnergyCAP program folder.
