EC PRO: Can't Change Vendor for an Account

Issue: I want to change the vendor assigned to an account. In account properties I select the desired vendor from the drop down list but when I click OK I get an error message. ("Subquery returned more than 1 value.")

Solution: This message occurs if you try to change an account's vendor AND one of the meters on the account has a rate that includes details (such as time of use, taxes, etc).

Go to meter properties and change the meter's rate to a simple rate that has no details. Then return to account properties and change the vendor as desired. Then go back to the meter and change the rate as necessary. (You may have to create a new rate for this vendor.)
