EC PRO - Invalid Date Error Message

Issue: Click on Monthly Data - Utility Bills and receive an error message saying that 1/1/2000 is an invalid date. Cannot proceed and enter bills.

Solution: The problem is the date format in your Windows settings. Go to Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, Regional Options, Customize, Date. The Date format cannot begin with the year (yyyy). Recommend the default setting of M/d/yyyy.
