EC Online: After install of EnergyCAP Online, browser only shows Loading screen and not login page.

Issue:

 After installing EnergyCAP Online, when you open the page, it only says ‘Loading…’ and does not present the login page.

Resolution:

1.       Check your Adobe Flash player to make sure that it is up to date. You can check this by clicking the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html)

 If you downloaded the Online install files prior to 12/8/2016 from the EnergyCAP master downloads page, go to the Assets folder in the EnergyCAP Online install directory, open the master.xml file, take note of the  Dfaults verison=”3.5.1.81- xxxxxxx” the value for the version must match the .swf file name in parent directory. Please see the attached screenshot to help explain this.
