EC Enterprise: Database error when upgrading - ComputedUnitSystem

ISSUE: When upgrading the database, you receive an error 'Cannot insert duplicate key row in object'dbo.ComputedUnitSystem' with unique index 'AK1ComputedUnitSystem'.

 

RESOLUTION: This error is caused by duplicates in your common unit for either Hot Water or Propane commodities or both. You will need to roll back to your last backup of database version 74, the one before the upgrade74to78 script. You will then need to log 

into the EnergyCAP Enterprise and follow the steps in the attached document on how to remove the duplicate. **NOTE** The document only covers the Hot Water commodity, you will want to check all of the commodities. Once you have all of the duplicates corrected, take a backup of the database and attempt to run the upgrade script again.
