ECO: Whoops! Error Message

Issue:  While navigating through EnergyCAP Online, I keep receiving the Whoops! pop-up message. 

 

Resolution:  If you are receiving this message, it could be that you were "logged out" from the connection.  Try logging out and back in again to see if this resolves the issue.  If it does not resolve the issue, then please enter a support ticket (http://support.energycap.com) so EnergyCAP can review the issue for you. 

This issue affects EnergyCAP Online and Professional Online.
