ECO - Receiving Error Message When Attempting to Update Validation Code

Issue: When attempting to update my validation code in EnergyCAP Online, I'm receiving an "Oops! Something didn't work right." error message.

Solution: Be sure the user role of the login you're using when updating the validation code is the  "Administrator - Full Access" role that is pre-populated by EnergyCAP.

Other user roles, whether they're created by the client or EnergyCAP-created, may not have the proper permissions to update the code correctly.
