EC Enterprise: Meters and/or Accounts Seem to be Hidden - Inactive

Problem: I can't delete a building because I get a message saying there is a meter assigned to it, but I don't see a meter under it in the Facility Manager or I know an account exists but I can't see it in the Account Manager.

Solution: "Inactive" accounts and meters can be 'hidden' from the Facility and Account Manager Tree Views.

An inactive account is one that has an unchecked "Active" field on the Service tab of Account Properties.

An inactive meter is one that is (1) assigned to an inactive account or (2) not assigned to any account.

Software menu options can enable both inactive meters and inactive accounts to be shown or hidden in the Account Manager and Facility Manager Tree Views. In the Account Manager, click Account at the very top of the screen and then click Show Inactive Accounts. In the Facility Manager, right click any node of the tree and click Show Meters. When Show is enabled, a check mark will appear in front of the Show... menu option.
