Issue: When I attempt to login in to Enterprise, I keep getting an "Invalid Login" error message
Solution: This error message is telling you that your Data Provider string is not correct. Open the EnergyCAP login window and click on the little world icon in the bottom left corner of the login screen. Look at the second line URL. Make sure that the URL is identical to the one below. The change should be that there is no "energycap" after the web.energycap.com.

Another issue that could be causing this issue is that to make sure you are connecting using the "Internet" button checked and not the "LAN" button.
