EC Enterprise - Web Group Chart/Benchmarking is not showing filters of Rich/LAN client

Problem:  When viewing the web grouping charts/benchmarking, the filters are staying at the default settings, "last twelve months"  I would like to see specific changes that I define. 

Solution:  You will need to log into the Rich/LAN client, ECAP Program and go into the Groups and change the ranking options there.  Once you have selected your filters, close the ECAP program and launch the Web client.  Check the Groups and the rankings.  They should now be what you have defined in the ECAP program.
