EC Enterprise: EAccessViolation When Entering Readings

There is a bug in EnergyCAP 6.2 (build 109) involved with editing and or entering monthly Channel data on either a Counter or a Meter. The bug appears to be limited to monthly Channels when manually entering/editing readings as a result of the entry screen.

To work around this problem, you can add the Meter or Counter to a Route in Setup>>Route Manager and manually edit/enter the readings for that single Meter and its Channels from the screen provided.

Please see our help documentation here to find out how to create and add Meters to a route.

The broken entry screen and error you will see is this:

(Please note that a similar entry screen in Route Manager when entering readings for multiple Meters suffers the same defect)

To edit the readings go to a single Meter/Counter within a Route and click the edit reading button:

Then screen you will see and that will allow you to edit/enter readings is below.

For the moment, this is the only way to manually enter channel data for build 109. A new build with a fix to the bug should be out very soon.
